The hotel is just steps away from the beach, making it convenient for families to enjoy the sun and sea.
Felt like a home away from home, couldn't ask for more.

I loved the charming decor throughout the hotel, from the elegant furnishings to the beautiful artwork on the walls. It created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The general areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate as a senior. I especially appreciated the comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding area.
I would have asked for a better vacation experience if there were more assistance available for senior guests. While the staff at Hotel Palazzo Krataiis were generally kind, there were times when the children working there didn't provide the level of care and attention that I expected.

I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer because it provided conference space. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, making sure everything was set up for my meeting. The venue was well-equipped and conducive to productive discussions.
I missed having a reliable and fast internet connection in my room for my work needs. It would have been beneficial to have a stronger and more consistent wifi signal to stay connected and complete my tasks efficiently.

The value for money at Palazzo Krataiis was fantastic, with a spacious room and comfortable beds. The location right by the beach was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Hotel breakfast could be improved by providing clearer instructions on how to use the coffee and egg machines.

Stunning room with a balcony offering breathtaking sea views. The decor was elegant, and the room was spacious and tidy. The beach is just a step away, perfect for a relaxing vacation. Despite a few minor issues, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its stunning and particularly good location.
The total experience was incredible, I would recomand. The hotel was clean with very well decorated and well-equipped rooms and helpful staff. Location: the property was close enough to many restaurants, a fortress and a fishing village, and down the coast throughout the day. Had lunch/dinner at Ristorante Bleu de Toi, which I found at a moderate distance from the hotel. The private parking was nearby, great service...

Incredible Breakfast Buffet
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast buffet. The array of home-cooked sweets and fresh fruit was simply mouthwatering. It felt like stepping into a culinary wonderland, where every bite was a delightful surprise. I must admit, I indulged in these delectable treats as if it were my last meal on Earth. It was a breakfast experience that made me feel like a kid in a candy store, but with much more refined and delicious offerings. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Great location and beautiful views from the room. the beach was only a few minutes away which was convenient for us. We loved the free and fast WiFi, which helped us stay connected with friends and family. the room was clean and well maintained.
We couldn't sleep and ended up feeling exhausted during our city trip. the breakfast room was dark and uninviting, and there were not many options to choose from.

The breakfast buffet at this 18th-century hotel was a delightful mix of homemade treats and fresh fruit. The staff were so helpful, arranging my sunbed and parasol like the diva I am. Buses to nearby towns made exploration a breeze.
They say "all guests must be present at check-in," but I guess my invisible friend wasn't invited. So discriminating.

I had the most incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully furnished with antique furniture, making me feel like I was staying in a grand palace. The spa tub was a delightful addition, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. And of course, the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. From the convenient parking options to the spacious and well-appointed rooms, this place truly exceeded my expectations.

I chose this hotel for my consultation as it offers conference space and other amenities. The staff was helpful and the breakfast was satisfactory. The room was spacious and had a nice view. a good choice for a business stay.
The only service I missed for my work was a dedicated business center. It would have been convenient to have a space with computers and printers available for guests.

This hotel is perfectly situated on the beachfront, with a stunning view of the straits of Messina. The rooms are spacious, with stylish and comfortable furniture, and the bathrooms are clean and modern. The service is top-notch, with staff members going out of their way to help guests. The breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from.
The village doesn't have many activities to offer, so this might not be the ideal location for those looking for a more lively vacation.
